Inspect all merchandise before washing, printing, decorating, or making alterations. Altered merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged.
Submit requests within 10 days
Return and claim requests must be submitted within 10 days of receiving the merchandise. Approved requests receive a Return Authorization. Returns without authorization will be refused. A 10% restocking fee and additional packaging fees may apply.
What is the return and exchange policy?
Merchandise must be inspected before washing, printing, decorating, or altering. Altered items cannot be returned or exchanged. Complete the return form and email it to claims@smartexapparel.com. All returns require authorization and may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Customers are responsible for return shipping when the return is not the result of a Smart Blanks error.
How long does a return request take?
Please allow two to three business days for processing. Once approved, a Return Authorization will be issued and will remain valid for 14 days. Merchandise not received within that period may no longer be eligible for return.
What should be done if merchandise arrives damaged?
Complete the claim form, include clear photos of the damage, and email everything to claims@smartexapparel.com. Approved replacements are shipped using the original shipping method. Claims must be made within 10 days, and altered merchandise is not eligible for replacement or refund.
What if the wrong style, size, color, or quantity is received?
Verify the full order before washing, printing, or altering any garments. Complete the claim form and contact the claims department within 10 days of receipt. Approved replacements are shipped using the original shipping method.
Who pays return shipping costs?
Customers are responsible for return shipping when the return is not caused by a Smart Blanks error.
Are sale items returnable?
No. All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
