Our store is hosted by FDM4 America. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

We accept credit card, approved company checks, and cashier’s checks. Please make checks payable to Smartex Apparel. Term payments are offered for buyers that are approved by our credit department or that have built a sufficient credit history with Smart Blanks. Terms are offered on a 15 or 30-day basis. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store.
We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case by case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. SECTION 16: CLAIMS
Customer must report all shortages, overages, damages, or incorrect shipments to Smart Blanks customer service within 5 days of receipt of goods. In order to accurately report any claim please have the invoice number, PO number (if applicable), list of products (style number, color, size, quantity) ready. Customer must inspect all merchandise before printing, embellishing, or washing any item. No claim will be accepted if the merchandise has been altered in any way.
SECTION 17: ENTIRE AGREEMENT
The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. These Terms and Conditions and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site or in respect to The Service constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms and Conditions).
