+ WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?
We accept credit cards, approved company checks, and cashier’s checks. Term payments are offered for buyers that are approved by our credit department or that have built a sufficient credit history with Smart Blanks. Terms are offered on a 15 or 30-day basis. For more information about term payments please contact our main office line at 714-771-2149 and select the option for accounting.

+ ARE THERE MINIMUMS?
We do not have any minimum order quantities.

+ WHERE DO I SUBMIT MY PO?
Please email all PO’s to your assigned sales rep or to sales@smartexapparel.com.

+ CAN I E-MAIL OR CALL IN MY ORDER?
In order to ensure accuracy, we kindly request that all orders be placed online. If you have any questions about placing an order online, please reach out to our customer service team 714-771-2149 or email support@smartexapparel.com

+ HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?
Once you place your order, you will receive an estimate ready time on the order confirmation. Please allow up to 24-48 hours to process an order. To check the status of your order, login into “My Account” and select “Order Status.”

+ HOW DO I ORDER A CATALOG?
To download a PDF version of our catalog, please visit our resources page and select the “catalog” link. You may also request a hard copy to be mailed out to you by visiting our “Contact Us” page and submitting a request.

+ DO YOU EVER HAVE PROMOTIONS OR SPECIAL OFFERS?
Yes, we have styles and colors that are occasionally on sale. These are available in our sale page. Please e-mail sales@smartexapparel.com for any additional information. + WHAT IF YOUR WEBISTE SAYS YOU ARE OUT OF STOCK, CAN I PLACE A BACKORDER?
When placing an order, if a size is out of stock in a certain color, there is the option to backorder that out of stock item. Once that is re-stocked, the backorder will be processed upon confirmation by our customer service team.

+ WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE STYLE 402 AND 501 T-SHIRTS?
The major difference between these two styles is that the 402 is a side-seam t-shirt while style 501 is tubular. A tubular t-shirt works great for any design with a print on the side or a full body print, since there is no seam to interrupt the printing process. A side-seam tee allows for more shrinkage control and is very helpful in direct to garment printing, since the seams allow for easy placement of the shirt on the machine.

+ WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN YOUR HOODIES?
We carry three fleece hoodie styles. The main difference between all three is the weight of the fabric. Style 101 and 201 are the same body, but style 201 is a heavier weight hoodie. Style 7001, our adult premium hoodie, is a 60% cotton 40% poly blend which differs from our go-to 80% cotton 20% poly blend that we normally use in our other two styles. This style of hoodie has a tighter knit surface and a beefier look.

+ DO YOU SELL YOUR HOODIES AND JOGGERS IN SETS?
Although we offer both tops and bottoms, we do not sell them as sets. They will have to be purchased as individual styles. Please note that we cannot guarantee the tops and bottoms will match 100% in regards to color, since they are not made from the same dye lot. While you may choose how to match up the tops and bottoms, here are some recommendations as to what matches best based on fabric and color:

  • Style 101, 103 and 201 tops with 1001, 2001, and 3002 bottoms.
  • Style 7001 top with 7004 bottom
  • Style 301 and 302 tops with style 350 bottoms

  • + CAN YOU OVERDYE ANY OF THE STYLES YOU OFFER?
    We currently do not offer any PFD (prepared for dye) garments, but some customers choose to use our styles for this process. Our garments are meant for DTG printing, screen printing, heat press, embroidery, etc. and not for overdyeing. Any other type of alteration is up to the customer's discretion. For any quality issues that come up after dyeing/washes, we cannot he held responsible as our garments are not meant for these type of alterations and no refunds or exchanges will be provided.

    + DO YOU OFFER ANY TRI-BLENDS?
    All of our styles are cotton based. Here is a breakdown of what contents our colors offer:

  • Solid Colors Jersey: 100% Cotton – Solid Colors Fleece 80% Cotton / 20% Poly
  • Dark Heathers: 60% Cotton / 40% Poly
  • Light Heathers: 90% Cotton / 10% Poly

    All of our styles originate from either Bangladesh or Pakistan.
