Due to a high volume of orders, our fulfillment department and carrier partners are currently experiencing delays. It may take longer than usual for your order to be completed. Please allow 1-2 business days for an order to be shipped or ready for pickup.
Once your order is ready, a confirmation via email will be sent. All orders have a 15 minute grace period for any changes that need to be made. After that, any add-ons or changes will be processed as a new and separate order.
Please note that once an order ships, we do not designate the route for deliveries. All of our carrier partners are responsible for their own routes and are experiencing their own delays.
Any cancellations made once an order is ready to ship, will automatically be charged a 10% re-stocking fee.
