We wanted to reach out and provide you with an update. Our warehouse will re-open starting April 1st. We are thankful to be able to continue to fulfill your orders during this COVID-19 pandemic and we will continue doing everything possible to support all of our customers through these difficult times, while ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our employees and customers.
At this time, Smartex’ s operations will continue with modified hours and days. As this is a rapidly changing situation, we will continue to monitor the situation regarding the COVID-19 Coronavirus and follow all guidelines reported by the state and local authorities. We also will continue taking the extra safety precautions we have already put in place.

We hope this schedule will help you continue your business throughout this situation. We ask that you choose a shipping carrier, such as FedEx, OnTrac, or UPS when placing your order. Will-call is still available, but we ask that payment is made before picking up your order, as our office will be closed, and payment cannot be made in person. All will-call orders will be picked up directly from our dock area.
The showroom and office will remain closed until further notice, in order to promote social distancing. Phones and emails will continue to be answered and we are ready to help you with anything you need.
